One of the goals of ENRICH is to

cultivate meaningful collaboration

and  linkages

with other state and federal school improvement efforts

as well as other agencies, services, and resources

existing primarily for the good

of children with disabilities.

 

In an effort to reach our Project Goals, specific information was gathered in the form of survey's from special education professionals and parents in Region 2:

SD Parent Connection
A Parent Training and Information Center. We are a non-profit organization formed by parents, educators, and services personnel to provide information and training to parents of children with disabilities or special health care needs throughout the state of South Dakota.

USD Center for Disability Services
The Center for Disabilities is a division of the Department of Pediatrics at The University of South Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences. The Center for Disabilities is South Dakota's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service (UCEDDERS).

Birth to 3 Connections
South Dakota Birth to 3 Connections is a program of the Office of Educational Services and Support an office of the South Dakota Department of Education. Birth to 3 Connections works with other agencies to support families with children birth to three years of age with identifying needs and accessing community services.

Transition Services Liaison Project
Providing technical assistance and training to students with disabilities and their families, local education agencies and adult service agencies. Transition services are a coordinated set of activities for students with disabilities, promoting the movement from school to post-secondary activities.
