Dana joined the East Dakota Educational Cooperative with seven years of classroom and experience with elementary school leadership. She taught at the elementary level for seven years, while also completing her Masters Degree in Educational Administration at the University of South Dakota, and her Educational Specialist Degree in Director of Curriculum from the University of South Dakota as well.
