Pat joined the Educational Service Agency 2 after 11 years at The University of South Dakota working in the areas of professional development, technology training and distance and continuing education. For the past 5+ years, Pat has been supporting regional administrators and classroom educators in the areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment in a variety of professional development topic areas. Pat is a certified Cognitive Coach, has completed training in the Dakota Writing Project, Instructional Leadership with Dr. Ed Porthan, and is currently participating in training on Charlotte Danielson’s A Framework for Teaching and McRel’s Balanced Leadership series. Pat earned her under-graduate degree in Speech Communication from Black Hills State University and holds a Master's Degree in Technology for Training and Development from USD.
